We had a great stay at &Hotel Hakata with our 8-month-old baby. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Hakata Station and close to landmarks like Kushida Shrine and Canal City. The modern room was cozy, and the comfy bed made it easy to relax after sightseeing. We appreciated the good coffee at the breakfast cafe, but the hallway lighting was a bit disruptive at night. a lovely experience for our family.

I recently stayed for the Yamakasa festival and had a fantastic experience. The staff greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout our stay. Our spacious room had a separate sink, toilet, and shower, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect, right on the Yamakasa route, allowing us to enjoy the festivities without the crowd. The cafe was operational this time, offering delicious coffee and breakfast, which enhanced our stay. Plus, the modern facilities and comfortable bed made our nights restful after long days of exploring.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I recently stayed at &Hotel Hakata for the Yamakasa festival and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff greeted me warmly and were helpful throughout my stay. I loved the spacious room, which had a separated sink, toilet, and shower for added privacy. The early morning coffee station was a lifesaver, especially for festival-goers. Plus, the location couldn't be beat – right on the Yamakasa route, making it easy to watch the event without the crowds. The comfortable low bed and the overall cleanliness of the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely Christmas stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed the breakfast at the on-site cafe—definitely one of the better coffees I’ve tasted in Japan. The staff were friendly and professional, making the experience even better.
On the downside, the bathroom setup was a bit odd with separate doors for the toilet and sink, which felt kinda inconvenient. I found the bunk bed setup a little cramped, especially when we tried to eat in the room. though, it was a nice stay!

We had an amazing stay, especially due to the great location and cleanliness. Although we faced a rigid check-in policy and the room was small, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.
